Once melted, add the shea butter and vitamin E oil and stir until combined. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before adding the lavender oil (if using). Pour mixture into a small jar or tin and let cool completely before using.<\/p>\n<p>To use, apply a small amount to the area that needs relief, massaging it in until it is fully absorbed.
